Shipping Checklist:

  • clearly indicate on all paperwork repairs and return on outside of box (to avoid additional shipping charges)
  • all shipping related charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • include your contact info (phone #/ e-mail address) on the outside and inside of the package
  • secure the switch in the OFF position or disconnect the battery
  • include all notes regarding the work desired or PO information inside the package with the ELT
  • indicate desired return shipping method and include courier account # where applicable
